- McCauley Design is host to the Cucina Della Rosa Cooking School under the direction of Mary Rose Hoover. Cucina Della Rosa was created by Mary Rose to inspire people to cook with passion and enjoy sharing the experience with family and friends. Mary Rose learned how to cook from her mother and aunts who emigrated to America from Southern Italy. She learned to appreciate Italian traditions and time-tested recipes and has adapted the "old World" flavors and techniques into recipes that are more relevant today.
